Blu Q Catamaran offers a unique and personal experience that is not marketed to a vast majority of the public. Because of this, you will be enjoying the benefits of the closest thing to a personal private charter experience but at tremendous savings of group rates. We intentionally manage the maximum number of passengers on our daily trips to ensure maximum enjoyment by our guests. We strongly suggest making advance reservations, not waiting till the last of your stay and having an alternate date. A minimum number of persons is required to make a trip: 4 persons total. That does not mean you have to book 4 persons, just that we must have at least that number total. If we are unable to get our minimum number, we will contact you either on the phone number provided or at your hotel the morning of the trip or earlier if possible, so we can make other arrangements for you. Most of our trips will average from 10 to 20 persons with seasonal demand.

Some of our guest have said they wanted to pay cash instead of charging their credit card, so if you check this box, your card is used only to guarantee your trip, but you can pay cash at the boat on the day of the trip. It saves us both money.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You agree by submitting this form, you, as the "cardholder" agree to the above reservations, charges and cancellation policy. Your card is used to guarantee the total charge and will be charged accordingly unless you opted to pay cash. In the event you fail to keep your reservation, then the total amount due will be charged to your card. No refunds will be given less than 7 days prior to trip. Cancellations before 7 days will be assessed a 25% processing fee. Any changes or cancellations, by you, must be done in writing & emailed to: captainstevekw@msn.com. Cancellations by us, due to weather or other problems beyond our control, will be due a 100% refund of all charges. We reserve the right to re-schedule your activity to the "alternate" day above with reasonable notice.  We do allow you to re-schedule your trip within 90 days without a penalty for emergency reasons. Due to the cost of operating a trip, a minimum of 4 persons total is required per trip. If we do not get enough reservations for a trip and cancel, and we can't re-schedule you, then you would receive a full refund. Blu Q Adventures, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the trip schedule, without notice, that are necessary due to conditions that might affect comfort and safety or seasonal demand and weather.
