CANCELLATION POLICY: You agree by submitting this form, you, as the "cardholder" agree to the
above reservations, charges and cancellation policy. Your card is used to
guarantee the total charge and will be charged accordingly unless you opted to
pay cash. In the event you fail to keep your reservation, then the total
amount due will be charged to your card. No refunds will be given less
than 7 days prior to trip. Cancellations before 7 days will be
assessed a 25% processing fee. Any changes or cancellations, by you, must
be done in writing & emailed to:
captainstevekw@msn.com. Cancellations by us, due to weather or other
problems beyond our control, will be due a 100% refund of all charges. We
reserve the right to re-schedule your activity to the "alternate" day above with
reasonable notice. We do allow you to re-schedule your trip within 90 days
without a penalty for emergency reasons. Due to the cost of operating a
trip, a minimum of 4 persons total is required per trip. If we do not get
enough reservations for a trip and cancel, and we can't re-schedule you, then
you would receive a full refund.

Adventures, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the trip schedule,
without notice, that are necessary due to conditions that might affect comfort
and safety or seasonal demand and weather.
