Our customer's privacy and safety are the most important fundamental aspects of our business.  All personal information that is collected by us is held in complete confidence and is used only for it's initial intended purpose to conduct business, make and confirm your reservation and service your trip.  

No personal information from our customers is ever released to anyone other than legitimate regulatory agencies for lawful purposes under appropriate state and federal privacy guidelines.  Documents and information required by regulatory agencies such as the US Coast Guard, credit card companies and taxing authorities are archived in our office for the required amount of time.  Afterwards, they are shredded.  No information is ever released to third parties.
